Sunny's Story...
Sunset and her friends were rescued from animal control. she is a very unusal tortie in that her colors are brown and orange and white instead of black. She looks like a bright evening Sunset. she is about 10 wks old as of July 17. she is great iwth other cats and dogs in the foster home and uses a litter box well. she would love some TLC too as there are several in the foster home and no time to spend on each one. The adoption fee of 85.00 includes the spay and rabies vaccine. She has already had two vaccines including the one for felne leukemia , been wormed and had a flea treatement. Please email "tritobin@charter.net' on how to meet Sundance

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sunny, a Lincolnton Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Lincolnton, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Lincolnton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lincolnton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lincolnton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lincolnton paves the way for another one to be saved.
