Howdy everyone, my name is Kayto! I used to be called Kenai, but it was a little confusing for the humans since so many people like to use that name for their dogs! So, Kayto it is! I am three years old, just the perfect age to start enjoying life. I’m past all that puppy stuff, you know? I am housebroken and I get along with most dogs, but I will make sure a special treat remains mine. So keep that in mind. I was turned over to a shelter because my original owners didn’t have time for me. Sure wish they would have thought of that when I was a puppy, ya’ know? The shelter tried to help me out by adopting me (twice!), and although they meant well, things just didn’t work out. I need to be with my people, and not ignored. And I need to be safely contained in a nice big yard. My original owners said I liked children, so kids 8 yrs old and above would be ok with me. I’m probably not good with the feline types of creatures. I really like hanging out in my crate, it’s a secure and cozy spot. I could be an only dog, as long as you promise to do lots of fun things with me and let me be with you as often as possible! Everyone who has met me say I am a sweetie, and they love my golden brown eyes! Are you the perfect person to take me home and make my forever dream come true?

Kayto (fka Kenai) is a gorgeous boy looking for an active family that will take him on lots of outings and also allow him to be a house dog. He is neutered, micro-chipped and up to date on all his shots.
