DD's Story...
DD stands for dumpster dog. DD was found hanging out underneath a dumpster in an Arby's parking lot. She had no microchip and was not spayed. We got her all fixed up and she is ready to find a home. DD is a very affectionate dog and loves to be right by your side. Her favorite place to be is in your lap. She will lay her head on your chest and fall asleep. Such a lover. She is kennel trained and walks well on a leash. DD is housebroken as well. She is good with other dogs her size and cats. DD's adoption fee includes her spay, vaccination, rabies shot with County License tag and a microchip.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

DD, a Phoenix Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
