Teddy is an owner surrender. Teddy’s original owner needed an assisted living arrangement that unfortunately could not include him. Teddy is a wonderful, loving basset boy (the perfect foster, according to his foster mom)! Good with other dogs and all strangers. He’s a laid back kind of guy so a more quiet lifestyle would be ideal for him. Teddy is house, crate, and leash trained. He is being fostered in Norther Illinois.
