Cole's Story...
Cole is an 8 week old Labrador/Boxer mix puppy. He was a part time bottle fed puppy so he has a special attachment to humans. He is the unique pup in the litter as his tail is a little quirky. He was born with a bend in it but, it functions very good and he wags it all the time! He has his first round of shots and is neutered. He is used to an active household and would love to be part of your family.

A $100 adoption donation is required, which includes spay/neuter surgery, up-to-date vaccinations for the age of the pup, and 1st month's flea/tick preventative. Please complete an adoption application at www.sarocks.org, or email adopt@sarocks.org if you would like to make this dog part of your family!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cole, a San Antonio Boxer/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Labrador Retriever for sale in San Antonio, or seeking a Boxer/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in San Antonio.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Antonio already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Antonio breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Boxer/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Antonio paves the way for another one to be saved.
