Kareem's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Kareem's Story...
Want a travel buddy, who wants nothing more than to sit quietly on the passenger seat beside you? Or a friend to snuggle on the sofa watching TV? Or someone to go for walks to the local cafe, happily trotting along by your side? Kareem is your man! At four years old, he is a calm, quiet and housebroken little guy, crate trained, happy and devoted to his person. He's a tiny bit timid, so probably not the best dog for small children, but he's never gotten the least bit snappy. He gets along beautifully with other dogs, but he doesn't necessarily need doggy companions. He mostly wants a human BFF.

Visit Kareem's Facebook album for additional photos: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.556796034361513.1073741961.124784644229323&type=1&l=72f5cf0a0b

Act quickly to adopt Kareem. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kareem, a Berkeley Miniature Poodle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Poodle for sale in Berkeley, or seeking a Miniature Poodle dog from a breeder in Berkeley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Berkeley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Berkeley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Poodle breeders who help with Miniature Poodle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Berkeley paves the way for another one to be saved.
