Opie's Story...
Please indicate your location when asking about our orphans. We have our pets listed in several states and need to know your location in order to send the appropriate information.
Meet Opie! This cutie is golden retriever mix, possibly mixed with some shepherd... its hard to say for sure when they are young and havent filled out. He is a typical high energy puppy that has had no one work with him... LOVES kids and does well with other dogs and cats. He has the BEST personality, but zero manners right now. He will need someone that can train him and give him some structure. His foster mom says that he will train easily and has amazing focus. It sounds like he will be an awesome pet for someone with some patience and consistancy.
This pet is being fostered in Knoxville TN. Our orphans are fully vetted and microchipped. All adoptions are tax deductible.
If you are interested in one of our orphans or learning more about our adoption process, please email us. Again, our pets are listed in 10 different locations/states. To help us better serve you, please indicate your location in your inquiry.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Opie, a Nashville Golden Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever for sale in Nashville, or seeking a Golden Retriever puppy from a breeder in Nashville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Nashville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Nashville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever breeders who help with Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Nashville paves the way for another one to be saved.
