Wilson - $100 ADOPTION GRANT!'s Story...
Wilson is now available for adoption at Placer County Animal Services in Auburn. This young boy is a bit shy at first, but warms up quickly and is super people friendly. He also enjoys the company of dogs, but would prefer a feline-free home. Wilson has a sweet, soft demeanor and seems well behaved. He walks nicely on leash and this smart little sprite is getting all trained up by shelter volunteers in preparation for his new home and family! Wilson is being sponsored with a training grant from A New Hope Animal Foundation and can be seen at Placer County Animal Services, 11251 B Avenue, Auburn. For more, contact Lynn at loomisgal@cs.com or Wendy at wdapore@yahoo.com (530.305.1917). The Placer County Animal Shelter is open Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10:30 am till 5:00 pm. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wilson - $100 ADOPTION GRANT!, a Auburn American Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Auburn, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Auburn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Auburn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Auburn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Auburn paves the way for another one to be saved.
