LILY's Story...
Just adorable, this girl is LILY a gorgeous purebred grey ghost Weimaraner. Lily weighs in at approx 34lb she is just 5 months old, she , has beautiful Weimy features a beautiful silver grey coat and gorgeous white teeth. One look and she will melt your heart. Lily is just a pup and you have to remember that this girl will eventually grow into a fair sized energetic Weimaraner that will need discipline. Therefore we are only accepting applications for Lily if you are already a Weimaraner owner or very prolific in the breed.

Lilys Story >>>> So just how did this beautiful girl end up in rescue? Here is Lilys story at just 8 weeks old we rescued 6 weimaraner pups from a home in Florida. Lilys mom and dad were not fixed by their owner and as a result her mommy had 9 pups, By the time we got to the pups 3 had already been sold on a well known selling portal. We entered the home by invitation the owner was overwhelmed we saw 6 beautiful pups in deep squalor covered in urine, feces and goodness knows what else. in the pen there was a dirty wet piece of cardboard for their comfort. Some had broken tails, and they were certainly full of worms, We brought all 6 into Lifeline we gave them water to make them sick and bring up the awful food they had been given, All 6 were brought back to Lifeline immediately bathed and put on formula. The following day they were given shots and all 6 were found to be loaded with worms and coccidia. They were all treated. We have kept them with us in a family environment and each one flourished we had 4 girls and 2 boys the boys were handsome and the girls all very pretty. They have all had the best treatment and food. Each one in the past few weeks have found their forever home with Weimy families
So why is Lily left no reason she is just the same as the others, Her Sister Lulu leaves us next week so Lily is now for adoption and hopefully they will leave at the same time and the transition for them both will be swift. Lily is very socialized we have 5 big Weims here and she interacts with them all but she loves 1 of our big males with a passion. We are now searching for a wonderful forever home for Lily. A home that will give her the stability love and security she needs, She definitely needs a playmate and preferably a male. Lily is very loving and loves to cuddle she is energetic and she loves to dig.Like most Weimies she loves to be around humans and will follow you around, She has all the Weimy traits she will counter surf if you let her she is a typical miniature Weimy. So what does Lily need? Well she needs a family that can invest time with her, teach her discipline and love her unconditionally. She needs a playmate and a fenced in yard where she can play. She is not crate trained they have all had freedom here we have been able to leave them all and she will follow the big Weims and just sleep on the sofa until we return. The most we have had is chewed stuffed toys. Lily is potty trained here but we have our door open at all times for the Weims so you will need to teach her your routine and you may have a few accidents in the process. So you will need to have patience. Lily is used to running in our fenced area and she walks great on a leash when she is in a pack. However the pups are wary of the big outdoors when they are on their own so patience and nurturing will need to take place. At night she sleeps with one of the others on the sofa or will creep up onto our bed. They have all been adorable and a wonderful experience for us. Lily is current on all her shots She is spayed and micro chipped
We are looking for a forever home that can cherish her and give her the love and attention she needs, A family that is really stable and can give her that forever home that means forever so a commitment for at least the next 12-13 years. A family that will include her in their lifestyle and activities would be perfect Lily will blossom with the right interaction.
A home with a fenced in yard or acreage where she can run and play would be ideal but not essential. She Needs another dog as a playmate a male would be perfect she loves to interact. There are no cats here so I am unable to confirm that she is ok with cats but she is young enough to work on that aspect.

Do you think you have what it takes to give Lily a perfect life Could you be the one to open up your heart and home, and make Lily`s life complete if so you will be rewarded with a wonderful , loyal faithful friend that will bring you endless hours of pleasure. If you would like more information , photos or meet Lily please contact us on 863-582-2150 or email us at Liy is in the Davenport Area.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

LILY, a Inverness Weimaraner puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Weimaraner for sale in Inverness, or seeking a Weimaraner puppy from a breeder in Inverness.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Inverness already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Inverness breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Weimaraner breeders who help with Weimaraner rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Inverness paves the way for another one to be saved.
