Angel's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Angel's Story...
Unfortuantely, like many female strays in the south, Angel was
pregnant and unwanted. A good samaritan took her in. She had eight
puppies and only 3 survived. Angel's puppies are weaned and now she's
looking for a loving home. She's crate-trained and housebroken. One
of her ears stands up and one is limp but that just makes her
noticeable! She'd rather be in a home without cats or small yappy
dogs. Her best friend right now is a large male golden-retriever.
She's a little scared of storms and loud noises but will just cuddle
up to you like a little baby. She has been on a chain for most of her
life so she is still learning to play, interact with people and
animals. Could you give this girl a loving home to bring her out of
her shell? Email info@forrescue.net for an application.
Angel is fostered in Huntsville, AL.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Angel, a Chattanooga German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Chattanooga, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Chattanooga.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chattanooga already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chattanooga breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chattanooga paves the way for another one to be saved.
