Dixie's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Dixie's Story...
Dixie is one of 19 puppies rescued by Rescued for Life from Devore Animal Shelter
in Southern California. Each of them is given the chance to find the loving
home they so deserve.
Dixie is spayed, micro-chipped, de-wormed and has two rounds of puppy shots.
We started potty training and all the pups are eager to learn. Please be aware
that the pups are very young and need ongoing training to be fully potty trained
and know their basic commands. Dixie requires an active lifestyle,a yard and would
love to have a buddy to play with.
Please note : We do not adopt out of State. Thank you for understanding!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dixie, a Aurora Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Hovawart puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Hovawart for sale in Aurora, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Hovawart puppy from a breeder in Aurora.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Aurora already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Aurora breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Hovawart breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Hovawart rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Aurora paves the way for another one to be saved.
