Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mr. Ruggles (who isn't so adult!) was on his way to the East Valley Shelter when he was just 4 weeks old. Lucky for him and his potential new family, he was intercepted by one of our volunteer fosters! He is a sweet heart and loves other kitties. Mr. Ruggles is just a happy healthy guy!
