Meet Sugar! Sugar comes with a little bit of spice! But it's all the good ones :) Sugar is one of our long term fosters that has been with us about 4 years.  She was rescued as a precious little baby from a high kill shelter.

She is pretty playful and energetic and gets along with other dogs, but doesn't quite realize her strength.  Because of that she would do best with bigger dogs and children.  She really loves the little kiddos, but she doesn't know how strong she is!

She is housebroken and crate trained and oh so loveable!! She would love to roll over for you and let you rub her belly!!  She is spayed and microchipped and UTD on shots.  Ask about her today!

Here is a great album for this sweet girl... take a look! https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.521235697899441.113497.155571084465906&type=3

About PJ's Place Animal Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

PJ's Place is a foster based organization aimed at reducing the number of dogs in shelters and helping to educate the public about domestic pets, obedience, spay/neuter programs etc to keep these dogs in happy and healthy homes and out of shelters.

We are starting a neighborhood/area feeding program as well aimed at helping those in need to keep their animals feed during rough times.

We have a goal to also create a spay/neuter program that would offer these services for free or very reduced cost to eliminate unwanted litters.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We will post our regular adoption events as they happen and you can always set up an appointment to meet one of our great dogs! Since we are a foster based organization, there is not one place to go and meet all of the dogs except during our adoption events.

Our Adoption Process...

We have an application for you to fill out and then we will call you and set up an introduction with you, your family and other pets with the dog you are looking to adopt. Once everything looks good, there is an adoption contract along with and adoption fee ($150-$250) that helps us help the next animal in need and keep the rescue going.
