Here's what the humans have to say about me:
DUST BUNNY
Born ~ 4/15/13 Female Seal Point Ragdoll
Fostered in Davis, CA
Dust Bunny was in the euthanasia room at the shelter because she was underweight and had a very bad left eye. The PPCR foster mom who met her at the shelter just couldn't leave her behind. Thus, Dust Bunny was whisked into PPCR foster care. Dust Bunny was immediately taken to our Eye Specialist in Rocklin and has been given the treatment and care that she required over the last several weeks.
Last Friday (July 19) Dust Bunny had her final follow-up visit to the Eye Specialist, who declared her healthy and ready for adoption! Although Bunny will always have a cloudy left eye, and her vision in that eye might never be perfect, it will continue to improve. Her other eye is purrfectly normal.
Now...on to what makes Dust Bunny so very special. First of all, she got her name Dust Bunny because she was so small when we got her that she literally looked like a "Dust Bunny" on the floor. The name stuck and fits her perfectly. Bunny has a soft silky coat with beautiful sealpoint markings and well, one bright blue eye!
Bunny is a lover girl. She likes to wrap herself around your face and kiss you and purr and purr. Sometimes when you are trying to watch TV, you will find yourself with a fur boa in your face! She definitely needs a human who will let her snuggle up in the bed at night.
Bunny's favorite friend is Kiss Me Kate. It would be wonderful if they could live together, but they can also each go separately to the right home.
