Chloe was found in New Castle, Pa when she jumped in a bystanders truck. She was found with blisters on her feet, and an embedded collar, but has since been to a vet and has been found to have tons of love to give. She is a big girl, but dont let her looks fool you she will make someone an awesome pet!
