Tootsia is an affectionate kitten who wants to be with people. She wants attention and will cuddle close. Tootsia likes to be held . She will sit on your lap for hours, sleep, talk to you and want scratches and rubs. She is very loving. When it is play time, she wants to play. She likes purses and shoes. Her meow is soft and petite however her purr goes on for hours. She is a water bug. Tootsia will come running when the water is turned on. Tootsia cuddles at bedtime. She knows when the lights go out is it time to find a place close and serenade all to sleep. She is all girl and has the little kitty hip twitch when she walks. I think it is called "Cattitude".

Are you interested in adopting Tootsia or another JCAPL pet you have seen? You'll need to start by completing an adoption application, available online at our website: www.jcapl.org. There is no obligation to adopt by completing an application, however, we do recommend submitting an application as soon as you find an animal you are interested in. We review applications in the order they are received.
Completed applications can be sent via email to adopt@jcapl.org , faxed to 919-300-5524 or delivered in person by visiting us at one of our adoption events on Saturdays at PetSmart in Garner (White Oak Shopping Center).
We will contact you as soon as possible once we receive your application for Tootsia.
