Raven Bear's Story...
Raven Bear dropped the Raven because it wasn't manly enough (even though he likes boas) He's known to his friends as Bear. He loves to play with other cats, is accustomed to a busy family with children, and is a curious little guy who is always eager to see what is around the corner. Bear is very adaptable and will fit into with a cat family easily -- his foster family adores him and would love to introduce him to you. He's 4-5 months old and fostered in Owens Cross Roads, AL. If you'd like to meet him, please email info@FORrescue.net

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Raven Bear, a Chattanooga Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Chattanooga, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Chattanooga.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chattanooga already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chattanooga breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chattanooga paves the way for another one to be saved.
