Ella's Story...
Hi! my name is Ella and I was rescued with my sister Missy from a very unsafe beach for dogs in Puerto Rico. I was fostered by one of our amazing volunteers in Puerto Rico and my foster mom loved and adored us. She said we love to play but love to snuggle to. I am about 17 lbs, 7.5 months old, spayed, fully vaccinated and microchipped. I am now being fostered in Sherbourne, Mass and my foster family really loves me. I am good with their dogs, cats and kids :)).. If you would like to meet me please email Meryl@thesatoproject.com. Can't wait to meet you. Love and Kisses Ella :))

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ella, a Brooklyn Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
