Shayna is a long haired black and red shepherd with a silky coat. She fetches tennis balls and drops them near your feet. You will definitely throw the ball again because she waits so patiently. This frisky puppy loves to play hard and nap hard. She knows sit although she can be a bit stubborn sometimes. She is working on down, stay, and loose leash walking.

Shayna has been leash reactive towards other dogs on walks but we are working hard to learn nice manners. Shayna is house and crate trained. She likes to sneak up on the bed or couch and would love to cuddle with you. She doesn’t know the words “kennel up” or “crate” yet, but will enter when led to the crate. Shayna sleeps all night in the crate and waits quietly to be let out in the morning. She is a hearty and sloppy eater, with food bits scattered around like the young pup she is! Shayna enjoys a lick of peanut butter but not cheese! Shayna is camera shy and will duck her head to avoid the camera clicks. Shayna is learning to play with her older foster brother and would prefer to be the dog in charge.
