Sid's Story...
My name is Sid and I am homeless. I am in a foster home where I am having a blast with the humans and the other dogs, but I need a real home to call my own. Oh yeah, there is a cat here too that I like to play with.
I am a 6 yr. old Shih tzu/toy terrier mix. I weigh 12 lbs, and I am full of fun. My very favorite thing to do is play fetch. I am crate trained, potty trained, micro chipped, up to date on my vaccinations and I love to cuddle. I hope you are looking for a guy like me, I am guaranteed to make you smile everyday. We recommend a fenced in yard either physical or underground, no large dogs and children 6 or older. Sid's adoption fee is only $100. Please go to www.rpsm.org to fill out an application for Sid.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sid, a Coldwater Shih Tzu/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Coldwater, or seeking a Shih Tzu/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Coldwater.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Coldwater already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Coldwater breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Shih Tzu/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Coldwater paves the way for another one to be saved.
