Kate's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Kate's Story...
Kate is a gorgeous Cocker Spaniel who was dumped in a shelter by a backyard breeder when she couldn't sell her and her sister Allie. They may have a tiny bit of something else in mixed in them but as far as we can tell and the vet agreed she and her sister are Cocker's all the way. She is a sweetheart and does well with other pups. She is 6 months old and just an absolute beauty! She is spayed and up to date on her shots and waiting for a home where she will be loved and cherished like the princess she is.
Please contact ourbestfriendsrescue@gmail.com for an adoption application.
Kate's adoption fee is $500. She is being fostered in Farmingdale NY.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kate, a Freeport Cocker Spaniel puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel for sale in Freeport, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel puppy from a breeder in Freeport.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Freeport already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Freeport breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Freeport paves the way for another one to be saved.
