My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gus is an 8 month old neutered Husky/Lab Mix. He is fun loving and likes to eat, retrieve, swim, and relax. He is carefree, easy-going , and would be perfectly content laying in his pool all day long. Gus is very loyal and is always at your feet. Gus started retrieving at 8 weeks old and has a “lab mouth”. He has had no Gun Dog training but with some work could make an excellent retriever both in the water and on land. He is intelligent and learns quickly. He knows sit, down, speak, and he is learning how to crawl. Gus loves to go for walks and jogs and has great leash manners. He also does great off-leash and always comes when he is called. He is great with kids and loves to lick their fingers and toes. He has been raised around a cat and does not chase but sometimes will try to play. He loves other dogs but would do best with a medium or large dog to wrestle with. He is house-broke, doggy-door trained, and kennel trained. He can climb small fences and would do best in a yard that is securely enclosed. Gus’s favorite thing to do is play with his best friend Charlie. Gus has a clean bill of health and is up to date on vaccines and is microchipped. And he LOVES to chase a laser pointer!
