9/9/13 - Rufus had his double knee surgery a few weeks ago. He did great! His right knee was the worst and he has been doing a little limping on it, but we are hoping with more time to heal he will be just great. Rufus is such a loving and sweet little man. He wants to do nothing more than to please his person. He loves to snuggle and give kisses. He has a few more weeks of recovery and then he should be good as new!
7/27/13 - Rufus made the long trek from Texas to North Carolina this week. He spent the first few years of his life breeding with a little girl he was with, but he won't be doing that anymore! He is such a sweet and loving little man and gives lots of kisses. The only health issue he has is his knees. He has luxating patellas in both knees and they do bother him, so he will need to have those fixed before he can go to his furever home. He will be neutered and have his teeth cleaned up when he goes in to have his knees fixed. Rufus is such a little love and will be a wonderful addition to any family.
