Rambo desperately wants and deserves a family that will love him forever. Poor Rambo was the only dog that wasn’t chosen at an adoption event held by a local county kill shelter. How everyone could resist those big, soulful eyes is hard to believe. Well, almost everyone, that is…except for one of our former adopters who just could not bear to leave Rambo there when they heard what his fate would be once he returned to the shelter. They saved his life but were unable to keep him due to numbers restrictions in their development. They already have two dogs so they called on us to help. We are so glad that we did! Rambo has been an absolute JOY to have here at Cedar Farm. He is so sweet and plays wonderfully with all of our other dogs. He is attentive and affectionate and so eager to please. He is grateful to have that second chance and is going to be a wonderful family companion. We would love for you to meet Rambo at our adoption center in downtown Mocksville. Visits are arranged by appointment only and are generally held between the hours of noon and 4 pm or after 7 pm any day of the week, including holidays. Call (336) 251-8877 to set a time. Prior to the meeting we must be in receipt of your adoption application. Our form can be completed online at www.cedarfarmrescue.com . Rambo is crate-trained, housebroken and walks great on leash. He has been neutered and microchipped and is up to date on all of his shots. He has tested heartworm negative and is on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas and ticks. Rambo is 18 months old and weighs 24 lbs.
