My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Midas, a handsome and very gentle 5-6 yr old male Golden Retriever mix. Coming to GREAT Rescue earlier in the year, Midas lived a life on the streets, it appears from his condition upon arrival. We believe this sweet boy had to search for every bit of love, food and water for a long time while also receiving no medical attention. Well, it sure didn't interfere with his wonderful and loving personality-he is one special boy who is now happy, healthy and very loving,

Midas is a really good boy in the house, enjoys riding in the car and really loves being in the public where he can enjoy life around him. His foster dad says he's good with people and really lights up when he's with older children. As you can see, he now has a lovely coat which is fluffy and full and his ear is doing very well after having surgery to mend his infected ear which received little care in his former life. Midas is one happy boy and will be even happier when he's in a family and home of his own.
