Olivia's Story...
Meet Olivia! This older Pekingese girl has had a hard life and is looking for a quiet home where she can finally have the love she so deserves. While some may call her a “senior” at 9 years old, we just consider it “experienced”! This picture does not do her justice. She is funny and playful and spunky and confident and gets along with other dogs (calm ones) and is great with cats. She is also housebroken and is very obedient! She is beyond adorable! She would do best in a home without small children, however, as they are a bit too active for her. Olivia has charmed everyone at the Inn with her sweet smile and wonderful disposition and we know she will make a great companion.

Olivia longs for a family who will give her love, affection, and the security to know that she will never be alone again. If you would like to give this girl a loving forever home, contact her adoption consultant, Sue, at 216-288-9735 or suepopham@roadrunner.com for more information. You won’t be sorry!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Olivia, a North Olmsted Pekingese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pekingese for sale in North Olmsted, or seeking a Pekingese dog from a breeder in North Olmsted.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in North Olmsted already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a North Olmsted breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pekingese breeders who help with Pekingese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in North Olmsted paves the way for another one to be saved.
