My story

Are you looking for the perfect dog?! Look no further! Suzie is a one in a million dog! We have not uncovered one bad habit or quirk about Suzie. Of course if you've seen her photos and video you can see her very soulful eyes. She has such a gentle soul and demeanor. She's been around pushy dogs and she just calmly away. She sleeps through the night, is house trained, not destructive in anyway, doesn't bark, is affectionate and knows basis commands but is a smart gal who could easily learn even more!

Suzie has bunny soft fur and she loves for you to brush her or pet her. She will follow you around the house, quietly watching over you, then will lay near you when you settle down to work. If you're open to snuggling, Suzie is 100% on board! She loves to snuggle and will eagerly receive attention from just about anyone who wants to give her some loving!

Suzie recently was up north and went swimming in a lake. At first it didn't seem like she'd seen any water aside from a water dish. After some coaxing from her foster mom Suzie went in. Within three tries we had Suzie swimming around on her own and she seemed to enjoy this new adventure! Which is par for the course for Suzie! She easily adapts to whatever environment she is in.

Suzie would love a family of her own. She has such a big heart that is overflowing with love that she just can't wait to share! Daily walks, a yard to romp in, hiking, camping and swimming are all on our sweet angel's wish list. And of course lots of daily love and snuggle time.

Suzie truly is an amazing dog! If you are the one selected to adopt this precious girl, you will be one lucky family!! Get in your application asap for her - she won't be with us long!

Suzie weighed 45.2 pounds when we saved her from the kill list.
