MORGAN's Story...
Are you looking for a beautiful, sweet, well behaved and trained, young and fun addition to your household? Look no further....Morgan is your girl then! She came to the shelter as a stray on 7/5, most likely the victim of the 4th of July fireworks. The loud noises may have scared her, so she took off when she found the gate open. Now she is waiting at the shelter to get adopted because her family did not come for her. Morgan is the kind of dog that will do very well if you choose to train her and work with her. She is eager to please and to learn. She seems to be house trained as she does not like to use her run to go to the bathroom. She is only about a year and a half old and weighs 64lbs. Her coat is shiny and pretty. She is waiting to meet you. Her ID# is 557155 and she sits in run 29. She has tested negative for heartworms, is up to date on shots, spayed and will be micro chipped when adopted so she is ready to go home with you!!!!!

Act quickly to adopt MORGAN. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

MORGAN, a Marietta German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Marietta, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
