Simone's Story...
My story: Hi, my name is Simone. My foster mom thought it suited me since I'm quite stunning. I was found as a stray by a nice lady who had me vetted but they tipped my ear by mistake. My mom says I'm still pretty though. The last two foster homes I had had cats who were mean to me. They ambushed me in the litter box and always tried to corner me. My foster mom says I have a kick me sign on my back. I like dogs fine and they like me. I like other cats who aren't mean to me. I really want my own home where I don't have to be scared all the time. Can it be yours?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Simone, a Tampa Calico cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Calico for sale in Tampa, or seeking a Calico cat from a breeder in Tampa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tampa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tampa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Calico breeders who help with Calico rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tampa paves the way for another one to be saved.
