Chelsea is just the happiest dog. This little cutie kept being over looked at the OC so she was on the list to be put down. It is shocking because this dog is all love and so easy. She is just 8 lbs of love. Her ears could take flight, she is so cute you just want to constantly hug her. She is only 6 months old and travels well and enjoys doing anything you want.
