Dexter is a 9-year-old Congo African Grey who was brought into rescue due to age and health issues of his previous owner. He is a very gregarious bird who loves to interact with people. According to his previous owner, he has a vocabulary of about 200 words. He is in the process of being converted to a healthy diet and he is a great eater. He does pluck a little, but is beginning to get over that since being in rescue and getting on a great diet. Dexter is waiting for his forever home and will make a great companion!
