Winston was born 5/14/07 so just turned 6 yrs, he weighs 24 pounds and will be loosing 4 of those to get him back to his ideal weight
He's fully vetted and healthy and 6 yrs old for a small dog is young they can live up to 20 yrs
We are only looking for a superloving owner that has time and wants to have a little buddy around lots of lap time, daily walks and fun time
It would be great if there was another dog at home friendly like he is up to 40 pounds is ok that's what he has in his fosterhome, he LOVES to run with the other dogs and actually stands his ground with the bigger rougher dogs

His owner suddenly just passed away and he was heading to the pound as the family could not keep him
so we snatched him up and he's now looking for a great new family adult home that can give him the stable loving life he deserves
A calm child over 12 would be fine he has no problems with kids but never lived with any specially small ones we are looking for a similar home that he had
one or two retired or stay at home adults young enough so he won't outlive them and has to find yet another home
He really missed his family but in a loving fosterhome with other dogs and is settling in playing with the larger dogs even and enjoying a dip in the babypool
he loves toys and belly rubs and yummy treats
Winston was very well cared for slept in bed with his owners and when mom was alive he went as a therapy dog in all the stores with her so he was very socialized
he's not a barker nor nipper was great at the Vets
he loves squeeky toys but likes to get the squeeker out
He is great with all dogs and all people, great in car and on leash, fully housebroke just a wonderful healthy little boy
anyone that gets him will be very lucky
