Aurora's Story...
Aurora is a sweet puppy that lives with children of all ages and another dog. She is friendly and social and loves to play. She has done great with crate training and is spayed, microchipped, utd on vaccines and comes with a month of free pet insurance. She wound up in Wasco shelter covered in ticks and in just a sad state, but now is healthy as can be. She lives with children and a large breed dog currently. If interested in her, you can find out about our adoption process and apply online at: http://recycledpetsnorcal.org/adoption-process/ or you can email adoptions@recycledpetsnorcal.org for more information.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Aurora, a Sacramento Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Sacramento, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Sacramento.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sacramento already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sacramento breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sacramento paves the way for another one to be saved.
