Butters's Story...
Meet Butters, he is a happy-go-lucky dog who loves people. Butters is a runner and will need a home where he can get pletty of exercise. He will need an owner that is prepared to be cautious when opening the door; He will try to escape. He would benefit from some basic training. He will need to use a harness because he has a weak trachea. He enjoys toys and would do well in a home with another dog. He was very curious with the cats, but did fine. He may be a little overwhelming to shy cats at first; However, he showed no signs of aggression. He also shows signs of being housetrained in the shelter.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Butters, a Guelph Jack Russell Terrier/Parson Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier/Parson Russell Terrier for sale in Guelph, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier/Parson Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Guelph.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Guelph already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Guelph breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier/Parson Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier/Parson Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Guelph paves the way for another one to be saved.
