This little girl, is about 2 years old and weighs 5 1/2 pounds. she was an owner surrender to the OKC shelter, and I can't help but wonder WHY?????????
she is Chocolate with tan markings. she is sweet and loving. The way she greets you is to roll over on her back and show you her fuzzy tummy. she is kissy. On the way home from the shelter she sat on my lap and kissed me all the way!
she likes all the other dogs and I have not heard a growl out of her! she likes to sleep with me, and under the covers. she is the "cobby" style Chihuahua, the short legs, round body and apple head.
she will be finished with her vet work by Aug. 9th or before and ready to go! she seems to be house trained, I have a dog door and she uses it to go outside!
she is not a barker, but instead likes to watch the other dogs act crazy..........
she is looking for a REAL "Forever home", because what she had before was a "UNTIL home", until they grew tired of her and dump her at the shelter where she was sure to be euthanized! They had coded her as a "5" which is mean and aggressive. They could not have been more wrong. but Chihuahuas do not show well in shelter situations because of the noise, and fear and smell of death.........
Her adoption fee is $150.00 and please note, we do require a securely fenced yard. and no children in the home under 10 years old.

You can see her at our adoption outreaches, on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month. We will be at the Petsmart in Edmond, and the store is located on Broadway. We will be there from 10:30 to 5 . OR you can call the rescue to meet her at any time...........
