Hi Everybully, my name is Miss Sibley. I’m a fun and spunky gal who is about 4 years old. In the short amount of time I’ve been with my foster family I am quickly adjusting to the life of a pampered bulldog princess. My foster mom and dad say I deserve be pampered and they want to be sure that my forever family are willing to keep me in the style I’m quickly becoming accustomed to in their house. I like to sleep on my foster brother’s bed, he doesn’t mind that I’m a bit of a bed hog and I don’t mind that he’s a bit of a toy hog. To be honest, I’d rather get face time and pets from my people instead of playing with toys or chewing on bones. If you give me a bone I’ll chew on it for a little while, but then I’m going to come right back to you for more snuggles. My foster mom calls me a Velcro-dog, I like to be attached to the side of my people. I also have a bit of sweet tooth, if you are selected to be my forever family I will have my foster mom give you a list of my favorite treats so that you’re ready for me when I come home.
Some other info about me, I would probably do best in a home that does not require me to go up and down a lot of steps. I’m a little hesitant to go up or down more than one or two so if you could minimize the number of steps I have use on a daily basis I would appreciate it (or you could carry me up and down the stairs, like a true princess, that would be ok with me too). I am good with other dogs as long as they are pretty relaxed with me. After getting to know my foster brother, I pretty much ignore him now…like I said earlier, I really like to be with my people more than anything else. I have a history of chronic ear infections, but my foster mom thinks that is more to do with the fact that my ears were not cleaned regularly before I came to Club IEBR. She cleans my ears about once a week and I’m a good girl for her while she cleans them…since I’ve been here I have not had any problems so my foster mom thinks that if you keep a regular routine of cleaning them we won’t have problems. I do tend get very excited when I meet new people, if I get too excited my foster mom puts me in a separate room to calm down and once I am calm I can come back out and meet all my new friends. Overall my foster mom says I have one of the sweetest dispositions she has ever had the pleasure to meet (she makes me blush). Do you think you could be my new forever family?
