Winston's Story...
Its kinda hard to describe Winston.... he is work, work, work.
Winston has a a typical Malinois mind, that needs to be kept busy all the time.
He can be mouthy when excited and its kinda hard to "read him".
Winston is friendly but to be a good pet, he will need Obedience Classes and a very, very active and experienced Owner.
Winston is def. NOT a beginner dog and is not recommend to go to a family with small children.

Winstons Adoption Fee is $82, which includes: Microchip, Vaccines ( Distemper & Rabies), Heartwormtest and deworming. If you're interested please call (785)239-6183! If no one answers then please leave a message! You can also contact us via email at

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Winston, a Fort Riley Belgian Malinois/Golden Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Belgian Malinois/Golden Retriever for sale in Fort Riley, or seeking a Belgian Malinois/Golden Retriever dog from a breeder in Fort Riley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Riley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Riley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Belgian Malinois/Golden Retriever breeders who help with Belgian Malinois/Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Riley paves the way for another one to be saved.
