Noah's Story...
Noah is a playful, tri-colored hound mix, approximately 6 months old and 33 pounds. He is a friendly, curious and sometimes silly puppy who doesn’t let anything get him down. He gets along well with other dogs and cats, and he enjoys chasing and wrestling his sister, Princess. Offer him a treat or a stuffed toy, and he will be your best friend. Noah is still working on housetraining and walking on a leash. An active home with a fenced-in yard would be ideal because he is an energetic boy who loves to run. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Noah, a Richmond Hound (Unknown Type)/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Beagle for sale in Richmond, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Beagle dog from a breeder in Richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Beagle breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
