Roma's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Roma's Story...
Roma is a delightful 2 year old Pit Bull Terrier. A while ago we were able to rescue her wonderful sister, Bonnie from the same shelter. Bonnie has been adopted and now we are happy to have been able to rescue the equally wonderful Roma. Roma is a bit shy but with TLC she is coming out of her shell. She is very sweet and very receptive to the love we all have for her. Roma gets along well with other dogs and when tested with cats, she ignored them. She is so beautiful with white paws and she weighs about 57 pounds. She is up to date on her shots and spayed. All ready to go home. Please email fofadopt@nyc.rr.com or call 516.616.3776 to meet this wonderful pup.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Roma, a Oakland Gardens American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Oakland Gardens, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Oakland Gardens.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Oakland Gardens already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Oakland Gardens breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Oakland Gardens paves the way for another one to be saved.
