My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Alabama and Duke need a foster home!!

Ms. Alabama is a 5 year old harlequin female with natural ears who is a sweet “southern girl” – she is still a little hesitant around other dogs (except Duke) and will need a watchful eye as she gets acquainted with others. I think it is because she has not been socialized and has had a couple liters of pups. Her motherly instincts and protective nature immediately comes out when she is around other dogs. She would do best (right now) with Duke or a family willing to work with her (if other dogs around). She LOVES kids. She also wants to find a home, be treated like a princess, and live happily ever after!

Both dogs would do well staying together or could potentially go separate but we aren’t sure if it will break their little hearts. Neither dog has ever shown a sign of any aggression towards kids or a helping hand. Duke and Alabama came to MAGDRL in April 2013.
