Twinkie is a vivacious 20 lb. Chihuahua mix pup who is just starting out in life and is full of joie de vivre. She spent a wonderful, fun-filled month with an adopter, but sadly, the declining health of her new person brought her back to us. But that isn't slowing her down and Twinkie is still as much in love with people as she always was! She also loves to play with social dogs that won't take offense at the potty mouth she must have developed growing up on the streets of LA. And when she's not running from strange kitties, she likes to make friends with them and follow them around. Best of all, she ADORES children and absolutely lights up around them. And she's the perfect size for kids - big enough that she can play safely but small enough that she won't knock them over! Twinkie's just a clownish, happy dog whose favorite 3 things in life are being petted, playing with her toys (she catches frisbees!), and eating (you will LOVE her "yay it's dinner" dance!).
