My story

Hello! My Name is Lexi! I am about 1 year old shepherd/ Shiba Inu mix. I was found and trapped as a stray and put in an outside pound. I am so thankful I was rescued by Safely Home Canine Rescue. I didn’t make it easy for them as I was really scared, so it takes me a little time to warm up to people, but once I do I am attached to your hip. I do require a fenced yard. I get along great with my foster brother and sister. We all love to run around and play with each other. I am learning what love is and how to love back and I love to cuddle all the time, I am about 30 lbs so a perfect lap dog. I am house-trained and crate trained. I am looking for my forever home with someone that will love me and treat me as one of their family members!
