Hillary's Story...
Hi! My name is Hillary. I'm a Russian Blue kitten awaiting adoption in START II's foster care. Although I tend to be a little shy at first, I love people. And I'm so thankful of my foster mom for taking care of me! I enjoy playing with my siblings, Cleo and Ra. I'm very protective of them! My ideal forever home will give me unconditional love, provide me with a safe and enriching environment, and spend lots of time spoiling me. When I grow up, I'm going to be a queen! I may be small now, but remember that I will grow into an adult kitty. I'm in this adoption thing for a life-long commitment. Can you guarantee me that?

Hillary is current on her vaccinations, parasite-free, and tested negative for FIV and FeLV. If you are interested in adopting Hillary, please call (201) 797-8861. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hillary, a Elmwood Park Russian Blue kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Russian Blue for sale in Elmwood Park, or seeking a Russian Blue kitten from a breeder in Elmwood Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Elmwood Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Elmwood Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Russian Blue breeders who help with Russian Blue rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Elmwood Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
