Meet the very handsome and our latest Orphan Nanuque, this gorgeous boy is approx 2-3 years old, very well behaved. Nanuque loves food and very food motivated so it would be best that he be fed separately from any siblings. Nanuque is a fast learner and eager to please, He loves kids of all ages, Nanuque loves to chase balls, but he's mostly a lazy lab and would love to just lay at your feet. Nanuque is loyal and will fastly become your shadow. Nanuque would love a family that loves to walk or hike to get his exercise.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nanuque, a Staunton Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Staunton, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Staunton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Staunton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Staunton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Staunton paves the way for another one to be saved.
