I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, not good with kids, and good with dogs.
The first step in our adoption process is an application, which you can submit online at www.littlebitsrescue.org It does not obligate you in any way, but we do not arrange meetings or make telephone contact until we have one. Maggie was rescued from a shelter after she was abandoned by her former owners. She is 4 years old and weighs 11 pounds. However, she is extremely thin and will need to gain a couple of pounds. Maggie has been spayed, brought up to date on her vaccinations, tested negative for heartworms and started on preventative. Maggie appears to be very well housetrained, although all dogs will have accidents in new environments. She will not be placed in a home with children under the age of 10 or with a dog weighing more than 25 pounds. Maggie’s adoption donation is $150, and she is being fostered in Birmingham, Alabama. We do approve out of state adoptions, but you must be willing to drive to the foster home to “fetch” your new family member. We do not ship or transport our dogs. If you are interested in adopting this sweet baby, the first step is to submit an APPLICATION
We do not place any dog in a home with "invisible" or underground fencing.
