Miley's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Miley's Story...
Miley is a sweet girl who looks like she's had a pretty hard life at her young age -- she loves people and does well with other dogs and is fine with cats too. Miley weighs 28 lbs. and looks to be a Red Heeler mixed with Basenji. She is housebroken, crate trained, and doesn't bark. We require that you please fill out an adoption application prior to meeting her. We will be in contact with you once we receive it. She has been spayed and is ready for her new forever home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Miley, a Edgewater Australian Cattle Dog/Basenji dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog/Basenji for sale in Edgewater, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog/Basenji dog from a breeder in Edgewater.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Edgewater already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Edgewater breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog/Basenji breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog/Basenji rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Edgewater paves the way for another one to be saved.
