Here's what the humans have to say about me:
this pretty little girl is approx 1 year at April 2014 and 20 lbs, - this is her letter:
Hi everyone, my name is Avalon and I'm just about one of the sweetest little gals you'll ever meet. I'm a small gal with a lot of energy. I love playing with my foster buddies and we have a great time together, but my very own home is what I really hope for.
I'm house trained and crate trained. My foster parents crate me at night and during the day when they're not home. Since my foster mom works part-time I'm never in the crate all day long. I sleep the entire night.
I eat twice a day. I'm fed Natural Balance dry food, a half of a hard boiled egg, green beans and a little chicken broth. YUMMY!!!! I eat once in the morning and again at dinner time.
When I'm outside for my play time and potty break and it's time to come into the house I do shoot in like a rocket. I have a habit, which my foster parents are trying to help me stop, of jumping up on the sofa. I just get so excited. Once I get one of my chews I pretty much just lay on the doggie bed and chew on it. My foster mom calls my chew my "doggie pacifier". The other habit I have is I "mouth" hands. Never anything rough, just a little love mouthing. I'm being taught not to do that and I'm getting better and better all the time.
There are no small children in this household but I bet I would be good with them if they like all my energy. There are cats in this house, but I really don't pay much attention to them.
I'm not a digger, but every now and then my foster mom will catch me digging a small hole in the back yard. Of course when she tells me to stop, I do.
I'm sweet, I'm always happy (my tail never stops wagging) I'm funny and I'm always wanting to please my foster humans. I love laying out back by the pool on cool beautiful days just as much as I love laying inside chewing on my "doggie pacifier".
I will make some lucky person(s) a loving gal and a loyal friend. Won't you plese adopt me and let me show you how much love I have to give!!!
