Pepsi's Story...
Meet Pepsi! This fun-loving gal is a D-O-L-L! She loves people, kids and her foster siblings (dogs, one large and one small). Pepsi’s favorite thing is to cuddle up with her foster family on the couch. She just cannot get enough loving. She is a Pug mix and about 7 years old. Though she is an adult dog, she still tolerates her foster sister, Waffles, who is always trying to engage her in play. She is housebroken and crate-trained. This little lady is polite too; when visitors come over, she will sit and allow them to love on her. Pepsi can sit, shake and enjoys car rides. Basically, this sweet girl is one low-maintenance dog looking for a FORever family to call her own. She is spayed, current on vaccines, heartworm negative, microchipped and current on heartworm and flea prevention. If you are interested in applying to adopt Pepsi, email us at info@FORrescue.net for more information.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pepsi, a Chattanooga Pug dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug for sale in Chattanooga, or seeking a Pug dog from a breeder in Chattanooga.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chattanooga already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chattanooga breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug breeders who help with Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chattanooga paves the way for another one to be saved.
