UPDATED BIO 5/14/14: Hi, it's me, Luna. For those of you that don't already know, I'm a Yorkshire Terrier, Poodle, Schnauzer mix. Which basically means I'm uber cute! I'm 5.5 yrs old and weigh about 7lbs. I'm still in foster care with my FM & FD in Miami, FL. I've come along way since I was first rescued. I love to cuddle, kiss and play. I especially love to play with other small dogs and run around in the back yard. Hanging out with my foster fur-brothers is one of my favorite things to do. So having another sibling to play with is a must for me. I also have some good news, I haven't had a seizure in months. Yay! My daily medication helps prevent me from having seizures so I'm really happy about that. Although I can be shy I first, I really do enjoy meeting new people and quickly ask for cuddles. I'm hoping I can meet my forever family soon. Perhaps that's you? BIO 3/14/14: Luna is a sweet little girl who is believed to be a Yorkshire Terrier, Poodle and Schnauzer mix. She is 5 years old, weighs 6.6lbs. and is being fostered in Miami, FL. Luna is doing an amazing job in FM's home. She loves to meet new people and new dogs. She can be shy sometimes but if you are gentle she will quickly want to be in your arms to cuddle. Her anti-seizure medication is working great as she hasn't had any seizures in several months. Luna loves to play & cuddle with her foster siblings. She's also learned how to play with soft toys. Luna has blossomed into the perfect little lady in FM's home. She's able to do her business on a pee pad and outside. Luna will do well in an Adult Only home with another fur sibling. She does well around older children but a calm & quiet home would be best for her. She's a cuddle bear so cuddles with her family & fur family are a must. Sharing the love is Luna's motto. Did you know that Luna is bilingual? Yup, Luna understands both Spanish & English commands. Isn't she smart? Luna is an amazing little cutie and deserves an amazing family. Hi every puppy! Luna here and I'd like to give you all an update on how I'm doing. I'm no longer as scared when we new people visit. I'm still a bit shy but I feel better after getting to know them a bit. I LOVE to run around in the back yard and I LOVE to sleep with my fur-brothers. So having another dog in the house is a must for me. I wake every morning so happy and so thankful for the second chance I was given. FM says I'm the happiest dog she's ever met! I'm very loyal to my person and all I want to do is cuddle. Who doesn't like to cuddle? ha ha
Any way, my seizure medication has been adjusted a little bit because blood work showed that my dose was too low. This medicine helps prevent me from having seizures. It's not fool proof but it sure does help a lot. I;m a good little girl. I'm trained to go potty outside and on a pee wee pad. I like to share the bed with another fur-baby or I can sleep in bed with you. I hope you don't mind me waking you up with yummy kisses! You can say I'm a perfect little lady. Well, that's all for now. I hope to have my furever family very soon. FM says I'm a very special little girl who has stolen the hearts of many people.
