Tootsie is about 2 years old. She would be an very loyal and faithful companion for a female person. However, Tootsie is afraid of men. She is well-behaved and housetrained and follows her foster mom everywhere. She is a delightful little girl who obviously has had bad experiences with men. For this reason, she will only be placed in a female only home and with someone who is willing to be patient with this issue. We believe that with a little time she will overcome her fear with proper introductions to kind and gentle men. Small • Young • Female.
